Opening: Centering exercise led by Anna McCaughey, UA Mindful Ambassador

Panelists: seven UA researchers will describe their study on a particular aspect of mindfulness (6-minute slide show and 3 minutes’ Q & A per presenter)

Circle discussions to review, reflect, and develop additional questions for panel

Re-convene for last questions to panel
