What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness means full engagement with what you are doing and what you are feeling – in a relaxed and open way.  Mindful practice eliminates mind-wandering and increases happiness and well-being. 

You can practice mindfulness by simply paying full attention, right here, right now.  You can do this when you are walking, talking, eating, or just breathing!
